Refund policy
FLYBACK TIME allows 3-days for return of merchandise for a full refund starting from the day the merchandise was received by the customer. Shipping fees are not refundable. FLYBACK TIME is not responsible for return shipping costs including any additional shipping fee’s such as customs duties, courier brokerage.
Items being returned must not be worn, altered, or damaged. Items must have their original tags. All products must be returned in its original packaging. If protective plastic is peeled off the case and/or bracelet of the watch, the sale is final. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, FLYBACK TIME has the right to deny refunds if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements. Returns must be authorized by FLYBACK TIME in advance.
Customers must contact us prior to proceeding with return by emailing INFO@FLYBACKTIME.COM and you will be provided with a return authorization number as well as return shipping instructions. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package being returned. FLYBACK TIME is not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and STRONGLY SUGGESTS using a courier service that provides a tracking number.
UNITED STATES
Returns from the United States must be shipped via the United States postal service with insurance and tracking number provided to FLYBACK TIME at INFO@FLYBACKTIME.COM
All returned items should be declared as a ‘return of Canadian merchandise’ on the customs declaration. Returned items that don't have this mention on their custom declaration will be refused and returned to the sender.
